Leg day at the gym this week. Back on the homestead the Runner Bean canes are erected along with weeding the lavender lanes and planting in the polytunnel.

Busy transplanting seedlings at The Rusty Homestead plus a visit to Aberdare to buy trainers for the first day back at the gym as a 50 something and the following 24 hours.
